At Papagoya, we value the trust you place in us when enrolling your child in our school and kindergarten programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for online fee payments made through our website.

 

 

1. Fee Payment

 

• Fees for admission, tuition, and other services are payable in advance as per the fee schedule communicated by the school.

• Payments can be made securely through our online payment gateway.

• Once a payment is successfully processed, you will receive an electronic receipt via email.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

• Admission / Registration Fees: Admission and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Tuition & Term Fees: Fees once paid for a particular term cannot be cancelled or adjusted against another term.

• Workshops / Short Programs: For special programs (e.g., workshops, holiday camps), cancellations may be allowed if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the start date. After this period, no cancellation will be accepted.

 

 

3. Refund Policy

 

• Erroneous / Duplicate Payments: If you have made a payment in error or a duplicate payment, please notify us immediately at [insert contact email]. After verification, such cases will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

• Withdrawal of Student:

   

  • If a student withdraws before the start of a term, only the refundable security deposit (if applicable) will be returned, after adjusting any outstanding dues.

  • Fees already paid for the term in progress will not be refunded.

• Program Cancellation by School: If the school cancels a workshop or program, parents will receive a full refund of the fee paid for that program.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

• Registration fees, admission fees, late payment charges, and any digital/learning material fees are strictly non-refundable.
